  • Multiple Meetings about vision, style, and details

  • Available to the couple the 12 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Help coordinate and contact for all vendors

  • work closely with venue to ensure smooth event

  • Full floor plan creation

Month of Coordination

  • Available to the couple the 6 weeks prior to the wedding

Six Months Out Coordination

  • Assist with design, styling, & sourcing all vendors

  • Become main point of contact for all vendors

  • Create, review, and confirm timeline with all vendors

  • Running through the ceremony at the rehearsal

  • Set up & tear down on the day of

  • Collect & pack up personal items & gifts

  • Make sure final payments and tips are given to vendors

  • Venue Walk- through to discuss plan for the day

  • Optional Bi-weekly meetings about vision, style, and details

  • Available to the couple the 6 months prior to the wedding
